BETTER FOCUS.
Fewer Meltdowns.
Easier Learning.
Just 15 minutes.
Pediatric OT designed movement routines that help kids focus, regulate and learn to their full potential...
Do your days look like this?....
-
Constantly reminding your child to stay on task or sit still
-
Stuck in hours-long homework battles
-
Managing meltdowns that seem to take over the whole house
-
Fielding “Charlie is having trouble with attention” emails from teachers
-
Trying charts, rewards, and consequences that just don’t seem to work for your child
As a pediatric OT and mom to a child with ADHD, I’ve lived this and I knew there had to be a better way.
I started using 15-minute, neuroscience-backed movement routines designed to strengthen the foundational brain-body skills that support focus, self-control, and emotional regulation.
Instead of only addressing the behaviors we could see, I started working on the underlying systems those behaviors depend on through intentional movement disguised as play.
Now, our son stays on task more easily at school and home, handles frustration without falling apart and feels calmer and happier as he moves through his days.
I knew I wanted other families to have access to the same tools that had made such a difference for ours.
And that’s how Focus in 15® was born.

A Look Inside FOCUS IN 15®
DINO STOMPS TO BEAT
Magical Metronomes
If you don’t have balance stones like the ones shown here, you can use throw pillows instead. To make this activity more challenging, have them step backward or laterally (but not until they have mastered the stepping to the metronome). Remember, start with a slow metronome and increase as they improve.
BOB AND WEAVE
A Balanced Brain!
Slowly move the object lower as you have your child “bob and weave” (pool noodle, or use your own arm as the object). Don’t have a wobble board? Use a pool noodle or broomstick and have them “limbo” under.
WINDMILL GRABS
Midline Magic
You could use clothespins or anything else here…stickers that easily peel off, paper clips on bottom seam of pants etc. Participate with your child and see who can get the most into a bucket in 30 seconds. This is also a great opportunity to work on those fine motor skills (by using something like the clothespins).
THE STUFFY CRAWL
Primitive Movements
The goal here is to keep the stuffy/doll/toy of interest on back while crawling. Make it a relay or have them crawl through a tunnel or under a painter's tape “bridge” for added motivation! The goal here is slow controlled crawling.

WHY I CREATED
FOCUS IN 15®
I’m Lauren Fouché, a pediatric occupational therapist and mom of two (ages)
One of my own children struggled with focus and emotional regulation, and I have ADHD myself.
Even knowing the benefits of movement on brain function, I've always found it hard to fit these purposeful movements into mine and my kids' every day life... Until now.
That's why I created Focus in 15®:
An app of simple, but purposeful brain-changing movements that fit into your real life. I can't wait for us to experience the power of Focus in 15® together.
